We operate as a hosting service and continuously work to meet and exceed DSA requirements for our EU users and operations.

Notice and Action Mechanisms
We have implemented robust notice and action mechanisms to address illegal content and rights violations:

Illegal Content
Under the DSA, we have an obligation to address illegal content on our Platform. We:

- • Inform competent authorities when required by law
- • Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies
Trusted Flaggers
We recognize and respect the status of "trusted flagger" organizations under the DSA. These organizations are entitled to priority treatment for their notices of illegal content.

Recommender Systems
Where we use automated systems to recommend content to users, we provide transparency about how these systems work and, where applicable, offer users options to modify or influence their recommendations.
Users have control over their viewing experience and can customize their preferences.
Advertising Transparency
In compliance with the DSA, we are transparent about advertising on our Platform:

- • Information about why users are seeing specific advertisements is available
- • We comply with restrictions on certain types of advertising, particularly to minors

We cooperate fully with Digital Services Coordinators and other competent authorities in EU Member States as required by the DSA.
